Customer service and rapport


Recently I have been thinking about customer service and how it is so important in professional relationships with clients. I think one of the most important areas of customer service that various professionals forget about is the element of rapport.

I have had two encounters with physicians that left me feeling like I had no support dealing with my concerns and challanges. These two professionals seemed to forget that meaningful human interaction can be one of the best healing modalities available to them!
